Grace Taylor
Growing up in Dallas, Texas, as a second generation American, Grace Taylor has had her fair share of life challenges. An overachiever from the young age of 3, Miss Taylor joined every after school activity she could from choir to volleyball. After graduating high school with her associates degree in Arts then attending Texas Tech soon after she faced the most horrible endeavors of her life causing her to drop out in her senior year. Three days before her 20th birthday, Grace witnessed the aftermath of her father being hit a car in her front yard. Sadly, soon her grandfather died, then her father, then her cat, then she was homeless for 6 months and diagnosed with C-PTSD.
Grace was devastated but decided that she wouldn’t let her trauma get the better of her. She determined to set a course ahead to help others with their trauma all the while healing from her own. She created the trauma dump podcast as a means to build community, fight stigma, and raise awareness.
